TurboDial

An SMS and voice call automation platform on the Twilio API, built and shipped as a native iOS app to the App Store.

The product

TurboDial lets agencies run SMS and voice campaigns at scale. Across two years I led front-end development, from the Angular web platform to the Ionic-built iOS app published on the App Store, and designed the REST contract between the Angular front-end and the Laravel back-end.

AI under the hood

Call recordings flow through large language models to produce automatic summaries, sentiment analysis, and call insights. I integrated OpenAI and Gemini for the hosted tiers, and deployed self-hosted open-source LLMs for clients whose call data can never leave their own infrastructure.

What it proved

Shipping a product that real agencies use daily is a different discipline from building demos. Release management, API versioning, and telephony edge cases shaped how I engineer today.
